Recently, the ‘drive-by’ or vehicle scanning technique has attracted increasing attention over last decade for purpose of bridge health monitoring. The feasibility this been demonstrated by many field tests. In comparison to conventional SHM, concept drive-by shows advantages in terms efficiency, economy, convenience, and mobility. It verified that wavelet transforms can successfully identify damage its location using responses a moving vehicle. However, validity method is challenged road roughness.
